半夏白术天麻汤+血府逐瘀汤加减治疗高血压合并高脂血症的效果(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究半夏白術天麻汤+血府逐瘀汤加减治疗高血压合并高脂血症的效果。方法：选取2018年3月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的140例高血压合并高脂血症患者。根据治疗方式分为试验组和对照组，每组70例。对照组给予西药治疗，试验组给予半夏白术天麻汤+血府逐瘀汤加减治疗，对比两组临床疗效及中医症候积分情况。结果：治疗前两组血压及血脂比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后两组血压及血脂水平均优于治疗前，且试验组各项指标水平均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组中医症候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后两组中医症候积分均低于治疗前，且试验组积分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：半夏白术天麻汤+血府逐瘀汤加减治疗高血压合并高脂血症效果确切，能够明显降低各项临床指标，并且能够降低中医症候积分，有效控制血压及血脂，有较高的临床治疗价值。

[Abstract] Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction + Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia. Method： From March 2018 to May 2019， 140 patients with hypertension with hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital were selected. According to the treatment methods they were divided into the experimental group and the control group， with 70 cases in each group. The the control group was given western medicine treatment， the experimental group was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction + Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction plus or minus treatment. The clinical treatment effect and TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the two groups were compared. Result： There was no significant difference in blood pressure and blood lipids between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05)， and the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of the two groups after treatment were better than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05)， and the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment， and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： The effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction + Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treatment of hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia is accurate， can significantly reduce the clinical indicators， and can reduce TCM syndrome integral， effective control of blood pressure and lipid values， has a higher clinical value.
